When I was a junior high school student, I once took part in a relay race at my school’s athletic meet. I really wanted to win the championship so I took the race very seriously. I not only practiced hard but asked my classmates to do their best. As long as I wasn't satisfyied with their performance, I would scold them strictly during our practice. Finally, the athletic meet day came and soon the relay race began. At first, our team ran very well and was in the lead. When it was my turn, I also ran very fast; however, when I was close to the next runner, I suddenly slipped. My mistake made our team lose the competition in the end. I felt extremely embarrassed when I saw my classmates’ depressed expression and it was really an unforgettable experience.
