Michael Williams opened a small music store selling compact discs on September 5, but he soon closed his shop. After reading its description, I think I know why Mr. Williams failed. First of all, the location of his store was not good. It was outside of town and unfortunately, there were two large music stores in the shopping center which is 3 miles away from it. Most people would go to the shopping center and just buy CDs at those two large music stores instead of Mr. Williams’ store. Another account is the type of the CDs he sold. Most of them were hip-hop and rock, which were popular with young people. However, the majority of the residents in this region were middle age or old. In addition, the shop was open Monday to Friday from 1 to 5 p.m., but the time when people would walk past the store was 8 a .m. to 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 12 a .m. And that Mr. Williams would not accept checks or credit cards was also a problem. Some of the customers might consider it inconvenient and decide not to buy CD if they didn’t have enough money on hand. The statement above is my opinion on Mr. Williams’ failure in operating his music store and I feel sorry for him.

Most people ...at those two large music stores instead of Mr. Williams’ store.

1.After reading its description, I think I know why Mr. Williams failed.
2....which is 3 miles away from it.
﹡is→was
3.Most people would go to the shopping center and just buy CDs at those two large music stores instead of Mr. Williams’ store.
4.Another account is the type of the CDs he sold.
5.In addition, the shop was open Monday to Friday...
Excellent!
