  There are two people applying for the position as an English instructor.  One of them is Lynn Whitnall and the other is Debra Fines.  If I were the human resource manager, I will accept the application from Debra Fines for several reasons.  First, Debra has more education than Lynn.  Debra has gone to three universities while Lynn has gone to one.  Besides,   Debra also has more employment experiences than Lynn.  She has  worked as a consultant and author,  an instructer and a teaching assistant and so on.Though unlike Lynn, Debra doesnt's speak Spanish and Japanese, she is fluent in French.  And in addition, Debra has publication whereas Lynn doesn't.  According to the statemaent above,  Debra seems to be the better choice for this job.
