  I support that students wear uniform for school.  First of all, I think it is not troublesome since students don’t have to worry about what to wear.  Some students may spend too much time thinking about their dressing, so if everyone wears uniform, they don’t have to waste time worrying about it.  Moreover, teachers and school guards can identify the students easily.  If students wear their own clothes, it may be difficult to tell them from strangers and the security in the school may be threatened.  Last, wearing uniform can boost a sense of belonging to the school.  Students may feel closer to one another when they wear the same uniform.  According to the statement above, I think it’s good for students to wear uniform.

  In my opinion, it is good for people to meet people through online dating sites.  One of my reasons is that we can meet people all over the world.  Through the Internet, we can get in touch with people from many different countries while in real life we are not able to meet and talk with foreigners.  In addition, people who are shy may feel easier to chat through the Internet because he/she doesn’t need to be face to face with others.  Sometimes it’s simpler to make friend on the Net since we don’t have to get along with those we know through the Net actually.  And the last thing is that people who have the same interest can get together more easily on the Internet.  Online dating sites often divide their members into different categories according to their hobbies or jobs.  If we take advantage of these dating sites in a right way, it will be safe and interesting to meet people through online dating sites.

  John Adams and Thomas Jefferson share many similarities.  First of all, they were both important people in the American Revolution.  Besides, both of them were delegates to the Continental Congress.  In addition, John Adams as well as Thomas Jefferson studied and practiced law.  John Adams was a signer of  Declaration of Independence; likewise, Thomas Jefferson was also a signer of Declaration of Independence.  And their last similarity is that they both died on July 4, 1826.  According to the statement above, we can find that these two men are really alike.

There are two people applying for the position as an English instructor.  One of them is Lynn Whitnall and the other is Debra Fines.  If I was the human resource manager, I will accept the applicationfrom Debra Fines for several reasons.  First, Debra has mare education than Lynn.  Debra has gone to three universityies while Lynn has gone to one.  Besides,   Debra also has more employment experiences than Lynn.  She has had worked as a consultant and author,  an instructer and a teaching assistant and so on.Though unlike Lynn, Debra doesnt's speak Spanish and Japanese, she is fluent in French.  And in addition, Debra has publication whereas Lynn doesn't.  According to the statemaent above,  Debra seems to be the better choice for this job.

  There is information about two apartments, Fairfax Apartments and CAMPUS APTS.  They have some differences, and I prefer Fairfax Apartments.  For one thing, Fairfax Apartments has two large bedrooms while CAMPUS APTS has only one bedroom.  Moreover, though they are both near campus and furnished,  the rooms of Fairfax Apartments are air conditioned while the room of CAMPUS APTS is not.
  Although the rent of Fairfax Apartments is more expansive and it doesn't alllow pets, I will still choose Fairfax Apartments because I think it's suitable for me.

Comparing-3--Two teachers I have had

  I have had two teachers, Ms.Lin and Ms.Wu,  when I was an elementary school student.  These two teachers were similar in several ways.  For one thing,  they were both female and single, and in addtion, they were both kind.  Ms. wu was patient and careful, and so was Ms. Lin.  Moreover, Ms.Lin as well as Ms. Wu was an English teacher.  Besides, Ms. Wu worked hard.  Likewise, Ms. Lin worked hard, too.  They not only taught us contents in the textbook but also exposed us to some useful knowledge.  Last, it was fun to attend these two teachers' classes because both of them let students learn English by playing some games.
  I think Ms. Wu as well as Ms. Lin was really great teacher and that they influenced me so much.

My Favorite Holiday-revised

There are many holidays in a year, among which I like Chinese New Year most.  For one thing, I can have several days off.  Since I don't have to go to school, I need not worry about my assignments.  For another thing, I can receive red envelopes.  I always make good use of the money I receive.  I save half of it and use the rest to buy what I need.  In addition, I can have a reunion with my family and relatives.  We can have a big dinner and play games together.  Besides, I can have a good time with the cousins whom I cannot meet very often.  From what I have said above, I think Chinese New Year is a pleasant holiday and I really like it very much.
